Choose the notification level that is right for you. By default an admin will get notified about all new comments by any user other than themselves on all invoices (both in product and by email).
Non-admin Cartwheel users get notified when someone other than themselved adds a new comment on an invoice they previously had commented on (both in product and by email).
Cartwheel batches emails on a five minute cadence, which captures any further comments made and aims to eliminate an over abundance of email notifications.
To manage subscriptions, a user can click on the link in the notification email. Users may opt ouf of comment notifications, whcih will only block email notifications (users will get in product notifications).
