How to Leave a Comment & Notification Preferences
Whether you are logged in or a visitor viewing an invoice, you can leave a comment on your invoices to your agency team. The agency team will get notified of your comment.

Anyone who views an invoice via an email link can comment– logged in or not.

The comments are not editable.
- Invoice email recipients are notified by default whenever someone comments on the invoice.
- If visitors and clients have unsubscribed, they will not receive email notifications. All email notifications include a Manage Subscriptions link.
- Cartwheel batches comment notification emails at ~5-minute intervals for visitors and clients.
