How do I view an invoice?
View invoices from your email notifications
Your invoices will be sent to your email address on file. You will receive email notifications for new invoices and reminders for outstanding invoices. Click on the “View Invoice” button in the email to view your invoice.
To ensure you receive notifications, ensure you have whitelisted no-reply@cartwheel.io in your email account. Some agencies may use a different email address to send you notifications. If this is the case, your agency will provide you with the relevant email address.
View invoices from your client portal
To view invoices from your client portal, you must first navigate to your login page at https://app.v2.cartwheel.io/login. Some agencies might have a different login URL; if that is the case your agency will provide you with the relevant login URL. Once you have navigated to the login page, you will need to enter your email and password and then click “Sign In.” If you have not been invited to create an account, please contact your administrator.
Once you are logged in, you will see the list of all the invoices in the Cartwheel system. To view a specific invoice, simply click on the row in the table, and the invoice page will open.
