How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, first ensure that you are signed out of the application. See the How do I signout? FAQ for more instructions on how to sign out. On the login screen, click the “Forgot Password?” link.


You will land on the reset password screen. On this screen, enter the email address used for your Cartwheel account and click “Submit.”

Once your email is submitted, you should land on a confirmation page.

You should receive an email to reset your password. From this email, click on the “Reset Password” button. If you do not receive an email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Try clicking the “Forgot Password” link again to resubmit your email address.

 


You will be taken to the reset password screen. Set a new password that meets all the requirements and then click the “Create New Password” button. Make sure that the new password you are creating is not the same as any of your previously used passwords.
