We’ll be in the Knowledge Hub at the Tech 1 booth, and would love for you to drop by and say ‘hello!’ With so many great sessions and extracurricular evening experiences, we combed through the agenda and selected a few sessions to highlight. There’s something valuable in every session, so be sure to review the agenda and attend those in alignment with your goals and interests.

I’m looking forward to the tone this keynote will set for the conference. Who doesn’t need a little nudge to think bigger and bolder? With relevant topics for every organization, like innovation, continuous learning, shifting mindsets, and strategies to overcome barriers like risk aversion and legacy strategies–I am certain that everyone will find value in this keynote. Even better, it sounds like Diamandis will give us some actionable strategies and examples to put the big picture into motion in our organizations.

3. Supercharge Your Staffing Agency: Unleashing the Power of Generative AI
When: Thursday, Oct. 24, 9:15-11 am
AI continues to be a hot topic in the industry and beyond–it’s become a daily part of news, language, business, and technology. But aside from having Generative AI help us meal plan, many feel lost when it comes to directly applying it to their business in a helpful, streamlined, and scalable way. I’m looking forward to hearing about some practical ways Gen AI can and is serving the staffing industry. I’m also interested in getting practical advice and guidance on how organizations can think about implementing Gen AI across the business.
4. Annual Planning for Growth Initiatives
When: Wed Oct. 23, 11:15-12:15
The only constant is change. We know markets fluctuate, flex, and evolve, and I’m excited to hear from this panel about how staffing organizations can build a solid toolbox to face any environment. I hope to hear insights that offer real examples and turn over fresh perspectives or angles to address this challenge.
5. Charting the Course: Clinicians View on Health Care Staffing’s Past, Present and Future
