Navigation

You can find the navigation panel for Cartwheel on the left side of your screen. This panel is used to move throughout the product. Below is a detailed breakdown of the navigation panel.

  1. Home
The first item in the navigation is “Home.” This is your default landing page in Cartwheel. This is where you will find important metrics and trends, including avg DSO and sales outstanding.
  2. Clients
The “Clients” tab in Cartwheel will take you to a list of all the clients in the system. From here you can create clients or click on a client in the table to view the client details page.
  3. Billing
The “Billing” tab in Cartwheel will take you to a list of all the billing summaries in the system. From here you can click on a billing summary in the table to view the billing summary details page. Billing Summaries are not used by all staffing agencies. If your agency does not use billing summaries, there will be no “Billing” tab in the navigation.
If you would like to upgrade to include Billing in your Cartwheel plan, please contact us and we will help you make the upgrade.
  4. Invoices
The “Invoices” tab in Cartwheel will take you to a list of all the invoices in the system across all your clients. From here you can click on an invoice in the table to view the invoice details page.
  5. Settings
The “Settings” tab in Cartwheel is where you can manage your general settings, users and integrations. You can navigate to each section by clicking on the tabs on the top of the screen:

1. Profile Avatar

Clicking on the profile avatar will open your account menu. From here you can view the name of your staffing agency and sign out of the application.

2. Collapse Icon

Clicking on the collapse icon will hide the navigation from view, giving you more space on the screen to view content. Once clicked, an expand icon will display in the bottom-left corner of the screen. Click on this icon to bring the navigation back into view.
