Adding, Viewing, and Removing Attachments
Attachments are located on the invoice details page. To view the invoice details page, navigate to the list of invoices and click on an invoice in the list.
Adding an attachment
To add an attachment click on the “Add attachments” link on the far-right of the attachments section on the invoice. The add attachment popup will open. If you do not see an “Add attachments” link that means you do not have permissions to add an attachment.
You can add attachments by dragging and dropping files into the box with the dashed-line border or you can click the “Browse Files” button to open your system’s file browser. Once your files have successfully uploaded they will display beneath the Upload file box.
If you add the wrong file you can simply click the “x” to remove the file.
Once you have added all the files you would like to upload, click the “Add” button at the bottom of the Add Attachments popup.
Viewing an attachment
To view an attachment click the "Attachments" section header to open the attachments section.
Once the section is open, all the attachments that have been added will display. Click on the name of an attachment to view it in a new tab.
Removing an attachment
To remove an attachment click the "Attachments" section header to open the attachments section.
Once the section is open, all the attachments that have been added will display. Click on the “x” of an attachment to remove it.If you do not see an “x,” that means you do not have permissions to remove an attachment.
